🍂 September at the Estate: A Place to Gather, Grow & Celebrate
September here feels like a story unfolding — cooler nights, golden fields, music in the air, and people finding their way back to the land. Our estate — The G Lodge, Gauger House, and Fay Flower + Food Farm — isn’t just a place, it’s a canvas. A backdrop for weddings, festivals, workshops, family reunions, or just a weekend to recharge.
We’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to share this space, and what we keep coming back to is this: everything we’ve built here, we built to be used.

💍 For Weddings & Big Celebrations
When you book the estate, you don’t just get a hall or a house — you get the whole story.
Your day might start in Gauger House, where friends and family are cooking breakfast, bouquets are being arranged in the kitchen, and everyone feels at home. By the afternoon, vows are exchanged amongst the blooms of the Farm, dinner stretches across long farm tables under the pavilion at the Lodge, and the night ends with music, campfires, and dancing under the stars.
Every piece of the estate — the farm, the lodge, the house, the campground, even the firewood — belongs to you and your guests. Nothing is half-measured. It’s all yours.

🌾 For Retreats, Workshops & Gatherings
This land has hosted wellness retreats, artist residencies, homesteading workshops, and late-night jam sessions that rolled until dawn. The spaces bend to fit your vision:
• A quiet retreat for a few close friends
• A yoga class in the field with morning sun
• A creative workshop inside Gauger House
• A reunion that takes over the campground
Whether you’re planning something intimate or expansive, the estate makes it possible.

🥕 For Tables at Home – CSA Shares
Our CSA program is the heartbeat of the farm. Each week, we gather what’s in season from our fields and neighboring farms — greens, herbs, mushrooms, bread, eggs — and pack it into boxes that go straight to your table.
This fall, we’re adding organic chicken from The Stump as an optional add-on, so your CSA can cover even more of your weekly meals.
💡 Sneak Peek: Last week’s boxes had pesto, string beans, salad greens, brassica greens, oregano, basil, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, pumpkins, fresh baked breads & bagels, bouquets and immunity shots.
CSA isn’t just about food. It’s a way to eat with the season, support local, chemical-free growing, and become part of the farm’s rhythm.

🍁 For Music & Festivals – The Fall Down
And then there’s the gathering we wait all year for: The Fall Down at The G Lodge, September 12–14.
A weekend of bluegrass, folk, and Americana under the changing leaves of autumn. Friends coming back together, fires burning, and music carrying through the night.
🎟 Special Offer: 2 tickets for $130 (camping not included). Offer over 9/1/25
This year’s lineup includes: Miller and the Other Sinners • Freight • Tin Lizard • Drew Kiddoo & the Blackouts • Adrianna Noone • The 86’ers • Dirt Turtles • Rachel Kroft Collective • Cast Iron Cowboys • Randy McMillen • Texas Headphones • The Brian Elam Band.

🌱 For Those Who Want to Live It – Volunteers & Work-Stay
If you want more than a weekend here, we’re still welcoming volunteers and work-stay crew through October 31. Help with gardens, events, and projects in exchange for a campsite, meals, and a front-row seat to the work and the wonder.

🛒 For Weekly Connections – The Farm Stand
And of course, the farm stand remains our daily meeting point. Stocked frequently with whatever the land is offering: greens, herbs, mushrooms, bread, eggs, honey, bouquets, firewood, and ice.
It’s simple, it’s local, and it’s a reminder that good food is still grown by hand.
